Our Site and Services are powered by online written reviews submitted by users of online business courses and communities (“User Reviews”) We encourage those who desire to share their experience regarding a product, service or vendor to submit User Reviews on our Site. You acknowledge and agree that We as the website operator are merely providing a platform for these User Reviews; and that all such User Reviews represent the opinions of the reviewers of those products, services or vendors and not our own opinions. From time to time, We may provide nominal incentives (such as gift cards or charitable donations) to encourage submission of honest reviews, regardless of whether the content of the review is positive or negative. We provide notice on our Site when a reviewer has been offered a nominal incentive (gift cards or charitable donations) for submitting an honest review. Users may opt to post their review anonymously, but must submit sufficient information for our moderation team to verify their identity. While a reviewer may choose not to share personal information with the public, their identity is always verified by our moderation team before We allow their review to be published.
User Reviews are published as submitted. We do not edit or modify the content of a review in a way that changes its intent (e.g., we may correct typos). If a review does not otherwise comply with our standards, then we will not publish the entire review or will remove it.
To update your review of a course, please submit a new review of that course. The old review will be deleted when the new review is published, assuming you submitted the review with the same verified email address. We do not offer an incentive for an updated review that is submitted within a year of the original.
If you already received a reward or we sent a charitable donation on your behalf for your review of a particular product, service or vendor that was published on eBiz Facts, that review cannot be deleted. If the opinion expressed in your review has changed, you can submit a new review to replace the original.
18. COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK DISPUTES
We do not allow copyright and trademark infringement on eBiz Facts. If you believe someone has violated your copyright and/or trademark. Please contact us, including the URL of the page(s) where you believe the infringement has occurred.

We may close your account, suspend your ability to use certain portions of the Site, and/or ban you altogether from the Site for any or no reason, and without notice or liability of any kind. Any such action could prevent you from accessing your account, the Site, Your Content, Site Content, or any other related information.
In the event of any termination of these Terms, whether by you or us, Sections 1, 5, 6, 10 – 14 will continue in full force and effect, including our right to use Your Content as detailed in Section 5.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
The federal Communications Decency Act (47 U.S. Code § 230) limits the liability of interactive computer services, like eBiz Facts, for their role in publishing third-party Content, including consumer reviews.
