I think the point still holds though, even if you disagree with some of the points presented.

Try reading about the Weston Price Foundation, and its advocacy for raw milk (no, Listeria is not the immediate consequence of unpasteurized milk, but lactose-intolerance and enzyme deficit certainly can be!), and its advocacy for animal fats for brain health.  Cholesterol is necessary for intelligence, dental health, bone health, and your body can&#039;t produce it all on its own. Don&#039;t believe something just &#039;cause vegans say its so, get a second opinion!  There&#039;s a reason humans lived for 60,000 years on animal flesh, fat, organs and brains ESPECIALLY, eggs, and milk.  If you&#039;re going to be a vegan, don&#039;t be blind - know the history of humans and their relationships to eating animals, and simultaneously working for the survival of animal populations on which they are dependent.  The last 2,000 years are NOT  a good example.</description>
