		<description>Thanks for the comment, Clare. I haven&#039;t done The Artist&#039;s Way yet, but I&#039;ve been hearing about it from so many different sources that I know I&#039;ll have to check it out soon. I&#039;ll probably wait until I get back to Ireland in December.

A friend of mine also does the gratitude exercise every day, but she&#039;s teamed up with a buddy and they text each other three things they&#039;re grateful for every morning. Pretty cool way of doing it.</description>

I started noting done at least 5 things every night and now I&#039;ve got a book full of &#039;em, even though I&#039;ve only been doing it for about a month. Once I get into the swing of it, I just can&#039;t stop! It&#039;s def one of the best habits I&#039;ve installed each year. I also do Morning Pages which you may have read about in The Artist&#039;s Way. Great for clearing the head and starting with a clean slate each morning.</description>
