I found this line a very good book by &lt;i&gt;Sean Covey&lt;/i&gt; titled: &lt;i&gt;The 7 habits of highly effective teens&lt;/i&gt;.

This post of yours, reminded me to start reading &lt;i&gt;The Bhagwad Gita&lt;/i&gt;, a great Indian scripture. It contains practical teachings on how to separate yourself from the material self.</description>
